Smart Cannabis (OTCMKTS:SCNA) has announced the completion of ten greenhouses at a cultivation facility in Monterey County through its subsidiary Next Generation Farming.
The Next Generation Farming has built an automated facility that spans an area of 26,000 sq. ft. from a greenhouse built in 1947 during Phase 1. The cultivation process is automated by installing control systems.
It has reduced the monthly overhead by almost $21,000 in manpower. Next Generation Farming is playing a vital role to transform the old greenhouses into more functional and automated cultivation spaces. It helped to increase the yields several times.
Managing Member of Harkins Grow, Jordan Helfant said expressed gratitude to John Taylor for offering a state of the art and automated water filtration systems that revolutionized the cultivation process. The company is expected to report excellent results after the completion of the next phase.
Delay in Turning the Pending LOIs
The company has informed the public about a delay in converting the pending LOIs by its subsidiary, SAP Investments into the contracts. It will wait till the confirmation of the client licenses for executing the LOIs.
